Our Hardware Service Department is led by Brenda Thomas, Director of Service, who began her career with Preferred as a technician and advanced through multiple roles within the department. Since being named Director of Service in 2021, Brenda has helped elevate the team’s technical certifications and continues to strengthen the expertise behind our service operations.

Logan Wakefield

Working alongside Brenda is Logan Wakefield, Service Manager, who helps lead the daily operations of the service department. Logan supports technician training, service coordination, and department-wide projects that help ensure fast, reliable support for our customers’ print environments.
